- What is Astronec Longevity OS?
- A web app that scans supplement, food, and beverage labels with AI, organizes your active stack, and tracks three longevity pillars: smart nutrition, active body, and recovery.
- Does Astronec replace a doctor or nutritionist?
- No. Astronec is informational and educational. It does not diagnose or prescribe. Always consult a healthcare professional before changing supplementation, diet, or treatments.
- What can I scan?
- Supplements, food, and beverages with a readable label. Use camera or gallery in the app; AI extracts ingredients, orientative doses, and potential flags.
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. Free includes limited monthly scans, one routine, and full dashboard access. Premium unlocks expanded scans, PDF export, and advanced features via monthly or annual subscription.
- How is my data protected?
- We handle data under our Privacy Policy. You can manage consents in Profile, export information, and delete your account at any time.
- Does it work on mobile?
- Yes. Astronec is a mobile-friendly web app; you can install it as a shortcut (PWA) to scan from your phone.
- What is the Astronec Longevity Score?
- A composite indicator based on three measurable pillars: smart nutrition (scans and stack), active body (30 s Sit-to-Stand challenge), and recovery (morning check-in). It averages only pillars you have measured.
- What is longevity science?
- The focus on optimizing your healthspan through measurable habits: nutrition, movement, sleep, and recovery. Astronec does not replace clinical labs; it helps you organize supplementation and track three pillars in the app. See the longevity science guide on our blog (Spanish).
- How does overdose detection work?
- Astronec aggregates active compounds in your stack and compares them to orientative reference ranges. If totals exceed thresholds, you see alerts on the dashboard. Always validate with a professional before adjusting doses.
- Are AI analyses accurate?
- AI reads labels automatically and may miss or misread ingredients depending on photo quality or label design. Use it as informational support, not a clinical verdict.
- How does Premium work and how do I cancel?
- Premium is a recurring subscription processed by Stripe (MXN, monthly or annual). Manage or cancel from Profile → billing portal. After canceling, you keep access until the paid period ends.
- Do I need to confirm my email?
- Yes. After signing up you will receive an email from Astronec with a link to confirm your account before your first login. Check spam if it does not arrive within a few minutes. For help, email support@astronec.com.
- Does Astronec sell supplements?
- We do not sell products directly. Some verified products include affiliate links (e.g. iHerb); we may earn commission at no extra cost to you. Personalized recommendations are opt-in in Profile.
- Can I delete my account?
- Yes. From Profile you can request account deletion. It is irreversible and removes your associated data per our Privacy Policy.
- What languages does Astronec support?
- The interface is available in Spanish and English. Main legal content is in Spanish; the ingredient blog and this FAQ have an English version at /en/faq.
